Costume Idea #1: Black Cat

If you’re looking for a dark costume to offset the white of your teeth, a black cat is the perfect choice. You can find ear and tail accessories pretty much anywhere Halloween supplies are sold, making it a convenient choice. If you prefer to make your own outfits, this one is straightforward. You can wear all-black clothing and make your own cat ears with construction paper and a headband. Face paint is also easy to acquire this time of year if you want to add whiskers and a nose.

Costume Idea #2: Tooth Fairy

What better way to showcase your teeth than by dressing as the tooth fairy? You can get creative with this suggestion because there’s no one way to do it. It’s not difficult to find wings of all sizes, colors, and materials at your local Halloween shop. You can keep it simple with the basics, or include accessories like a crown, wand, or even a pouch to collect lost teeth. How fun!

Costume Idea #3:  The Nerd

Don’t be afraid to be silly. Dressing as something fun will keep you and your friends smiling all evening. It’s not hard to find high-waisted pants, suspenders, large glasses, and other accessories to embrace your inner nerd this year. You can carry a notepad and pen or other tech gadgets, depending on your preference. If you have braces, this is a wonderful way to incorporate your orthodontics into your getup.

Costume Idea #4: Clown

Nothing draws attention to your grin like a lot of red paint. Many people have a clown phobia which makes this both a silly and creepy selection. You can wear oversized, mismatched clothing of any color or pattern. The brighter, the better. The next step is to paint your face, starting with white as a base. Then you can really accentuate your lips by drawing over them with bright red face paint or lipstick. Your pearly whites are really going to pop!

Your best smile is sure to be on display with such fun costume concepts this year!
